To all our loyal Bucketheads supporters: We have some big news in regard to our plans to reopen. We too, plan to reopen in phases.
Phase One - Tuesday, 5/26
Starting Tuesday, we will continue curbside/delivery only until 7pm. At 7pm, the bar and restaurant will be open until 2am every night. By opening at 7pm, we will be limiting the total amount of people we have in the building and giving us the entire next day to make sure everything is completely clean and safe again for our nighttime crowd.
Phase Two - Monday, 6/1
We are then planning to reopen completely on Monday, June 1.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we will be following all the guidelines put forth by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, Oneida County Health Department, and the CDC.
* MAXIMUM capacity of 50 people (including employees)
*Servers and bartenders will be wearing face masks and gloves.
* We will be sanitizing high contact areas minimum of every 2 hours or ideally after each use. We will have a time/checklist to ensure front doors, bathroom handles are disinfected every 2 hours. Tables and bar seats/area will be wiped down EVERYTIME immediately after use.
*We will continue to offer curbside pickup and free deliveries to homes and businesses.
*We encourage you to call ahead with reservations so that we can ensure a table is available.
*We will NOT be seating more than 6 people at a table. If you have a group larger than 6, you will be seated at separate tables accordingly. No combining tables.
*Upon entering the restaurant, please wait to be seated. Our capacity at this time is only 50 people, including staff. We will do our best to have you seated and served in a timely fashion. In return, we ask that you limit your dining time to 60-90 minutes so that others may have the opportunity to dine.
*Groups at the bar will be asked to remain 6 feet apart as well. We will be pulling 2 bar chairs after people sit down to ensure this happens.
* We will be using disposable menus only. Thrown away after each use but encourage you to take home for your own use.
*There will be NOTHING preset at tables or bars. Plastic wrapped silverware will be handed out to each guest. Fresh napkins. Individually wrapped condiments/salt/sugar on request only.
*All drinks will be served in plastic unless requested otherwise.
*All straws will be served wrapped in paper on request only
*We will have self-sanitizer stations set up at front entrance, in both front rooms and at the bar.
*Pens will be sanitized before reuse. We will have a “DIRTY PENS” bucket so we can sanitize at end of shift or as we go, as we need.
*No dice games will be available. Pool will only be available after the kitchen is closed.
**PHASE TWO WON’T BEGIN ONCE WE ARE SURE IT’S SAFE TO DO SO AND WE CAN PROVE WE CAN MANAGE PHASE ONE PROTOCOLS
